PANETTHON 2017

Panetthòn 2017, the charity challenge for the best artisan panettone of Veneto, stops took place at I Tigli. Renato Bosco was with us, tasting salty and sweet creations.

FESTIVAL DELLA GASTRONOMIA

On November 27, together with Chef Alberto Mori of the restaurant Al Callianino, we went to Milan for the Gastronomy Festival, the culinary event created by Luigi Cremona. 


Gourmet Forum Festival

On November 19, we were at Gourmet Food Festival in Turin to talk about the seasonality of the ingredients. For this occasion, we presented the pizza "Porca l'Oca" with goose and lard, tastes that bring us back to our past.
